Cold winds gave relief from the heat

According to the Meteorological Department, there will be cloudy sky in many areas of the state including Lucknow today (Monday), May 23. At the same time, there is a possibility of light rain and drizzle with thunderstorms throughout the day.

There is also news of relief from scorching heat and heat in Uttar Pradesh. According to the Meteorological Department, in Lucknow, the capital of UP, today the minimum temperature can be 26 degrees and the maximum temperature can be 38 degrees. According to the Jaipur Meteorological Center, due to the effect of Western Disturbance, there will be rain with thunderstorms in Jaipur, Udaipur, Kota, Bharatpur, and Ajmer divisions during the next 48 hours. During this, there is also a possibility of strong wind at a speed of 50 km in all these districts.

Weather pleasant due to rain in Odisha
A significant drop in temperature has been recorded in Odisha due to rain. According to the Meteorological Department, most parts of the state recorded a decrease of about two to four degrees in the maximum temperature and below normal temperature was recorded in many areas. Light to moderate rain has occurred at most places and some other areas of Coastal Odisha. Bhubaneswar and Puri received moderate rainfall of 36.2 mm and 35.3 mm. While many other districts including Jajpur, Cuttack, Sambalpur, Balasore and Bhadrak have received normal rains.
