Ranbir Kapoor and Imtiaz Ali to work together again in a film
Ranbir Kapoor is included in the list of successful Bollywood actors of the present era. This year he is in discussion about many films. At the same time, talking about Imtiaz Ali, he is considered to be the great director of the film world. Ranbir and Imtiaz have been recognized as a successful duo in the industry. Now information is coming out that after Tamasha and Rockstar, both of them are going to work together in their third film.
Reportedly, Imtiaz has approached Ranbir for his upcoming film. A source said, Imtiaz is currently working on a project for two films simultaneously. It is a biopic of controversial musician Amar Singh Chamkeela. The second project is a social film, which seeks a solution to the idea of suicide. Imtiaz told the idea of both the films to Ranbir, in which he liked a film.
The source further added that Ranbir has verbally given his nod for a film. The film is currently in the pre-production stage. It is being told that after the script of the film is ready and Ranbir’s final approval, further planning will be worked out. If Ranbir happens to be a part of Imtiaz’s film, it will be his third film after Tamasha and Rockstar. Both these films were well received.
The film Tamasha was released in 2015, starring actress Deepika Padukone alongside Ranbir. The film grossed around Rs 136 crore at the box office. The songs of the film were well-liked. Renowned composer AR Rahman composed the music for the film. Rockstar came in 2011, in which Nargis Fakhri was seen opposite Ranbir. In this film too, Rahman impressed everyone with his music.
Talking about Ranbir’s workfront, he can be seen in many films in the coming days. Ranbir is in discussion about the film Brahmastra, directed by Ayan Mukerji. After this, he will be seen in Karan Malhotra’s Shamshera. In this film, Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor will also be seen in important roles with him. Apart from this, he will be seen in the film Animal. He can also be seen in Luv Ranjan’s film.
