Former Chief Minister Harish Rawat reached Kandi village of bungalows in Kampti area near Mussoorie and interacted with the women and villagers by putting a chaupal and discussed in detail about the problems of the area along with the many schemes run for the villagers during his tenure. On this occasion, former Chief Minister Harish Rawat also attacked the present Pushkar Singh Dhami fiercely. He said that the present government does not have any vision, due to which there is a huge resentment against the government among the people. She said that she is very excited by talking to the villagers, the schemes which were implemented during her tenure are benefiting the villagers along with women. During the dialogue, many useful suggestions have been given by the villagers, he said that he is very excited to hear about the women’s self-help group and by taking advantage of the schemes, he earns profit by commercializing himself. He said that if his government is formed in the state, then in five years, work will be done to strengthen women with entrepreneurship and economic status through women self-help groups and Mahila Mahila Dals. Harish Rawat said that our product is amazing and our women are the real Annapurna. If the government includes Annapurna and Mother Earth, then the state can be developed as a food state. He said that if his government comes, he will make roadside food inns and give it to women.
