Bobby Kataria took 11 lawyers with him from Delhi, surrendered in YouTube, CJM Court, got bail

YouTuber Bobby Kataria finally surrendered in CJM Court on Friday in the case of drinking alcohol and threatening the police while sitting on a traffic stop chair on the road in Dehradun. However, he got bail, which was opposed by the Cantt police. Court of ACJM II Sanjay Kumar granted bail to YouTuber Bobby Kataria.

On August 11, a case was registered against YouTuber Bobby Kataria at the Cantt police station, today on Friday, Kataria reached the court with 11 lawyers from Delhi. The court granted bail to Kataria on a surety bond of Rs 25,000. Earlier on Thursday, YouTuber Bobby Kataria was to appear in Dehradun court, but Kataria dodged the Doon police. Bobby Kataria did not appear in the court on the stipulated date, despite the release of B warrant for the second time from Dehradun court.

Doon Police kept waiting for Delhi Police to bring Bobby Kataria to Dehradun Court, but Bobby Kataria had already escaped after taking bail from Delhi Court. After this, the Dehradun Police started preparing to ensure attachment proceedings against Bobby under Section 83. Whereas under the attachment process, under section 82, the police has already pasted the attachment notice at the Gurugram residence of Bobby Kataria.

After obtaining a non-bailable warrant against Kataria from the court, the Cantt police was trying to arrest him. Even before this, after the surrender application of YouTuber Bobby Kataria, the police had put a guard outside the court. The SOG and the policemen kept roaming around. But, even till evening, Bobby Kataria did not reach the court for surrender. After which the police kept raiding in different cities of Haryana in search of him.

Kataria has gone underground due to the fear of the police. Let us tell you that on August 10, a video of Bobby Kataria went viral. In this video, he was seen drinking alcohol on the road after stopping the traffic.

After a preliminary inquiry on the orders of the DGP, a case was registered against him at the Cantt police station on August 11.

It was learned that this video of him is from July 25. He made this video on the Mussoorie-Kimari road.

This video made to be in the headlines became trouble for him. The police issued notices to call him. However, he did not appear before the police despite repeated information.
