Chhattisgarh / Mungeli: I have made a mistake, that’s why I am dying, woman commits suicide by writing suicide note… Husband saved

A married woman committed suicide by hanging herself in Lormi area of the district. The deceased has also written a suicide note, in which she has written- “I have made a mistake, so I am going to Baba Ji, don’t implicate my husband, he doesn’t know anything”. The case pertains to village Gorakhpur under Lalpur police station area. According to information, 26-year-old Sanjana Kumari lived with her husband Jagdish Dahire and 4-year-old daughter. His body was found hanging on Thursday. The husband informed the police. Lalpur police station reached the spot and took the body down from the gallows. The suicide note found from there has been seized by the police. In the suicide note, the woman has mentioned some mistake of hers and has written that her husband does not know anything about it, but she is living suffocating. That’s why nothing should be said to the husband. The married woman has apologized to her parents and requested them to take care of her 4-year-old daughter in her suicide note.

The police have talked to the husband and parents of the deceased. The husband told that he did not know anything about the mistake his wife had said. He said that both of them had returned from Bilaspur to Gorakhpur village in Mungeli 15 days back. Both used to work there. At present, the police is engaged in the investigation of the case. At present, the police have got the postmortem done and handed over the dead body to the relatives.
