America sent three astronauts to space in the year 1969. All of them had stepped on the surface of the moon during the Apollo-11 mission. One of them was Buzz Aldrin, who married his girlfriend on his 93rd birthday. Aldrin shared pictures with his wife Dr. Anka For on the social media platform Twitter. They married in a small ceremony in Los Angeles, California.
Former Astronaut wrote, ‘On my 93rd birthday, I am happy to inform that I and my love Dr. Anka For have got married. We got married in Los Angeles in a small ceremony and we are as excited as eloped Tegeners.
Since being shared, Buzz Aldrin’s post has garnered over 22,000 likes and has been viewed by nearly 1.8 million people. In the comment section, many users congratulated the couple and jokingly wrote – both of you would be over the moon.
