Under “Operation Kaveri”, 24 people from Uttarakhand have been brought back to India from Sudan so far

Eleven people from Uttarakhand also reached New Delhi Palam Airport on Friday in an Indian Air Force aircraft in the evacuation operation being brought to India under “Operation Kaveri” of Indian nationals stranded in Sudan. On reaching New Delhi, these 11 people were received by Uttarakhand Resident Commissioner Ajay Mishra and Assistant Protocol Officer Manoj Joshi, Amar Bisht. This group includes Girish Garkoti, Abbal Singh, Bhola Singh Panwar, Arvind Prasad Gairola, Vinod Rawat, Kuldeep Singh, Ganesh Singh, Rajesh Singh, Bobby Singh, Naresh Kumar and Binod Kumar Singh.

Apart from this, 03 more Uttarakhand residents were received at Mumbai airport late last night by Uttarakhand’s representative Chandrashekhar Lingwal, Uttam Singh Rautela, Prashant Kumar Chaudhary and Yogesh. So far, a total of 24 people from the state of Uttarakhand have been brought back under “Operation Kaveri”.
