World Ayurveda Conference in Dehradun, delicious hill dishes will be served to the delegates, 12 OPDs for treatment
World Ayurveda Conference and Arogya Expo 2024 has started in Dehradun, the capital of Uttarakhand. Delegates from 50 countries have reached Dehradun to participate in the conference. Special arrangements for food and drink have been made for these delegates who have reached Uttarakhand. Pahadi cuisine will be served to the delegates arriving at the World Ayurveda Conference.
Pahadi cuisine will be served to the delegates: Delegates will be served mandua roti, homemade butter, gahat ki stuffed roti, ghee, mustard vegetable, gahat dal, tuar dal, red saathi bhaat, jhangora ki kheer, timru chutney. On the second day of the conference on December 13, mandua roti, homemade butter, spinach kafli, urad dal, red saathi bhaat, bal mithai, rotne, bhangera/bhangjeera chutney will be served.
On the third day of the conference on December 14, Manduva roti, homemade butter, ghat stuffed roti, potato thichwani, Bhatt ki chutkani, jhangora bhaat, singori mithai, banana gulgule, white roasted bhaat and sesame chutney will be served. Along with this, on the fourth day of the conference on December 15, Manduva roti, homemade butter, sesame kuchai, Bhatt ki chutkani, Chamba rajma, red sathi bhaat, ghugti, aske, yellow rai chutney will be served.
Uttarakhand folk music program
Cultural programs were presented during the inauguration of World Ayurveda Conference and Arogya Expo- 2024. In the same sequence, on the evening of December 12, Nav Himalaya Lok Kala Samiti- Kumaoni folk dance, Brahma Kamal Cultural Committee- Garhwali folk dance, Jaunsar Bawar Cultural Village’s Riwaj Sanstha- Jaunsari folk dance and Padmashree Pritam Bharatwan- Jagar will be presented. Along with this, on the evening of 14th December, Sanskar Cultural and Environmental Protection Committee- Kumaoni folk dance, Sangam Cultural Committee- Garhwali folk dance, Sparsh Janjati Social and Cultural Evening- Jaunsari folk dance and Sangeeta Dhoundiyal- folk singing will be presented.
Excellent treatment will be available along with knowledge
Traditional knowledge of Ayurveda will be given in World Ayurveda Expo-2024. Along with this, treatment facilities will also be available. For this, 12 OPDs have been set up in the World Ayurveda Expo. In which two specialist doctors have been deputed. A free camp has been organized here from 12 December to 15 December.
