Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand, head of Jyotish Peeth, has challenged the miracle of Dhirendra Krishna Shastri, popularly known as Baba of Bageshwar Dham, without naming him. He said that if someone is going to do such a miracle, then there is a crack in Joshi Math, he should be connected, we will shower flowers on him. All the people want a miracle to happen. If you remove the shell from the coconut and remove the shell or even if the gold comes out, then what good will it do to the public. Whatever miracle is happening, if it is good for the people, then we will hail it, otherwise it is not a miracle, it is an illusion and nothing else. Talking to the media in Bilaspur, Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand said that Baba Dhirendra Krishna Shastri of Bageshwar Dham, who recites Ram Katha in Raipur, does not have personal information about the program going on. That’s why they can’t talk about it. He said that we have astrology here, it is considered as Triskand. There is also a Hora Shastra in it, in which birth chart and question chart are prepared. On the basis of which the remedy is done. On the basis of astrology, if any future is being told there, then it is on the basis of scriptures and we give recognition to it. We have to say that whatever the religious guru is saying something on the basis of the scriptures, we give him recognition.
Suggested to unite Pakistan with India
Shankaracharya Avimukteshwaranand said that we are people with the spirit of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. We have no problem in living with anyone. But when Hindus and Muslims fought together against the British and got freedom. After that, Mohammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of the Muslim League, had demanded a separate Pakistan and said that we Muslims will be happy only if we all live together in one place. He divided the country. Even after that a large number of Muslims remained here and are happy with us today, so when Muslims have to stay here even after partition and they are happy to live with us, then what was the need of a separate Pakistan. Pakistan should be merged with India to make it a united nation. Otherwise, all the Muslims should be sent there to fulfill the purpose for which Pakistan was separated.
Conversion is being opposed for political reasons
Shankaracharya said that conversion is not happening for religious reasons, but for political reasons. Those who convert are also political and those who oppose it too. Because today politics is done according to the mob system. At the same time, he said that people are trying to hurt Sanatan Dharma. But can’t hurt. Sanatana Dharma is not in danger. Rather an attempt is being made to endanger it.

During the story of Pandit Dhirendra Shastri of Bageshwar Dham going on in Raipur, there was mention of the challenge he faced in Nagpur. Pandit Shastri said that people call him a hypocrite and a promoter of superstition. I had given a challenge to such people to come to Raipur, if they have come then they should come forward. Actually, Nagpur’s social worker Shyam Manav had said that Dhirendra Shastri promotes superstition, if he can answer the questions of the people associated with his team, he will give a reward of 30 lakhs. The news came that after this challenge, Dhirendra Shastri had fled from Nagpur. In response to this, Dhirendra Shastri held a court in Raipur on Friday. Made an open challenge that Shyam Manav should come to Raipur and see how he explains the solution to the problems of the people.
Challenger Shyam Manav did not come to Raipur
With the challenge, Pandit Dhirendra Krishna held a court. Dhirendra Krishna said that I had asked the people of Nagpur to come to Raipur. If you have come here, then come forward, we will tie your chin and send you wet. Nagpur’s social worker Shyam Manav had accused Dhirendra Krishna of spreading superstition while challenging him, Baba had called him to Raipur but Shyam Manav did not come. Pandit Dhirendra Krishna says that by the grace of Bajrang Bali, by picking up anyone from the crowd, he tells his problem and solution. No money is taken for this. Neither call themselves saints nor invite anyone in their programs. But, Shyam Manav did not come to Raipur in his court.
Who is Dhirendra Shastri
Bageshwar Dham in Madhya Pradesh is an ancient Siddha Peeth of Chandel period. The temple was renovated in 1986 by the villagers. After that, in the middle of 1987, Baba Setulal Maharaj alias Bhagwandas Maharaj of Gadha village reached Bageshwar Dham after receiving initiation from Nirmohi Akhara Chitrakoot. After this, in the year 1989, a huge Yagya was organized. Dhirendra Shastri, 26, says that this has been going on since his grandfather’s time. Here his forefathers used to hold courts and tell people the solution to their problems.
Minister Kawasi Lakhma has also given a challenge
Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri of Bageshwar Dham has been challenged by the minister of Chhattisgarh on one of his statements regarding conversion. Excise Minister Kawasi Lakhma said on Friday that cases of religious conversion have not increased in the state. If Pandit Dhirendra Shastri proves this, I will leave politics and if this is not happening then he will have to leave Pandittai. Actually, Pandit Dhirendra Shastri is currently in Raipur. They have come here to do Ramkatha. Talking to the media, he had claimed that cases of conversion have increased in Chhattisgarh. He mentioned Bastar and said that the Sanatan Hindus there have to be stopped from being allowed to convert to other religions. After this Bastar’s leader and Excise Minister in the state government Kawasi Lakhma asked him to go to Bastar and prove it. Lakhma even said that how did Baba know, had he had a dream.
