Rahul Gandhi vacates government residence, will currently live with his mother Sonia Gandhi

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has vacated his official residence given to him as an MP. After leaving the membership, he was asked to vacate the government bungalow, obeying this order, he vacated his government bungalow at 12, Tughlaq Lane today, Saturday, 22 April. After vacating the bungalow, Rahul Gandhi is currently living with his mother Sonia Gandhi and is looking for a new accommodation.

Congress leader Shashi Tharoor has praised Rahul Gandhi. Tharoor said that this step of Rahul is exemplary. Congress MP Shashi Tharoor wrote on tweet- “Rahul Gandhi has vacated his official bungalow located in Tughlaq Lane on the orders of the Lok Sabha. The court gave him 30 days to appeal. HC or ACC can reinstate him, but his decision to leave the bungalow shows his respect for the rules.”

Whereas, in his letter to the Lok Sabha Secretariat, Rahul Gandhi agreed on the vacant bungalow and wrote – “I am grateful for the pleasant memories of my time spent here as an elected member of the Lok Sabha for the last four terms. Without prejudice to my rights, I will certainly comply with the details of your letter.

Rahul becomes guilty in Modi surname case
Explain that while holding Congress leader Rahul Gandhi guilty in the Modi surname case, the court had disqualified him as a Lok Sabha MP. After leaving the membership, they were also asked to vacate the government bungalows, the last date of which was 22 April. Following this order, Rahul Gandhi vacated his official bungalow at 12, Tughlaq Lane on Saturday, 22 April. ,
