Uttar Pradesh / Bareilly: The Pradhan put the pistol close to the chest, the farmer died in panic, FIR registered
In Pipariya Uprala village of Sirauli police station area of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, Pradhan is accused of killing a farmer in panic. The relatives of the deceased say that there was a dispute regarding the land for a long time. Due to which the accused Pradhan assaulted the victim and put a pistol on his chest. The victim died of a heart attack in fear of the pistol.
FIR registered against five people including Pradhan
Angered by this, the relatives of the deceased protested by keeping the dead body. This matter is also going on in the court. Police has registered an FIR against 5 people including the accused Pradhan. In fact, Ghulam Nabi, a resident of Pipariya Uprala village of Sirauli police station area, has a farm of three bighas at the turn of the village. The relatives of the deceased told that the dispute regarding the farm is going on since two years. This matter is also pending in the court. However, Raghavendra Singh, the head of neighboring Rukhada village, was accused of coming to the farm with some bullies. He beat up Ghulam Nabi to vacate the field, and put a pistol on his chest.
People jammed the road by keeping the dead body
Ghulam Nabi had a heart attack. He died. Angered by the incident, people blocked the road by keeping the dead body. Police removed the dead body with great difficulty and registered an FIR against the accused. On behalf of the deceased’s son Azad Shah, an FIR was lodged against 5 people including Rukhara’s head Raghavendra Singh, Jagatpal Singh, Liladhar Budhi.
Police engaged in investigation of the case
Relatives say that Pradhan had fraudulently got a deed of 3 bighas of land done instead of an agreement. One crore land is being told. The litigation regarding this was going on for a long time. The accused rejected the filing of the land. After this Ghulam Nabi objected. Due to this the accused got angry. The victim used to run a tire puncture shop near the village. The police is investigating the case.
